The CBSecurepass can be attached to a wall bracket or Desk Clamp in your reception area. It requires only 1 power socket and can be connected to both WIFI and Ethernet.
The CBSecurepass comes with a choice of touchscreen monitors, Bar Code Scanner, Visitor Label Printer (which connects via Bluetooth) and choice of RFID touch sign-in for schools who already use proximity cards/ fobs.
Yes, there is an unlimited amount of signing in points that the school can have. The CBSecurepass also comes with the choice of our Matrix device which are designed for staff to sign in/ out with their proximity cards/fobs (without the use of a touchscreen monitor).
Yes, the full system can be customised to your schools colour theme and logo making it personalised to you. You have the option of your own T&C page when visitor's signing in.
Yes the CBSecurepass system can be altered at a click of a button to make the system remember who's been signed in before to help speed up signing in again, or for the visitor to input their details from scratch every time, the choice is yours. This also goes for student late arrival and Child Collection.
"Pre-book" is designed to tell the system of a scheduled upcoming meeting, this function can be used to avoid a bottle neck of people queuing in front of the machine by uploading the visitors you are expecting to the system.
Yes the staff member can sign in manually by typing there name into the "staff icon" on the kiosk page.
CBSecurepass comes with the choice of Bar Code Staff cards which will have the schools logo and design on or if the school already using proximity staff cards for accessing restricted doors etc. Then the staff can continue to use those cards to sign into the system also.
Depending on which MIS you use (please see above list of MIS we integrate with) Yes our system will sync with your MIS and upload the corresponding late code when a student is late. Our system will also refresh whenever you make a change to your MIS like students/ staff joining or leaving.
Yes each staff member will use their work email and chosen password to sign into there account, each account can be limited to access of information from the Super Admin.
The CBSecurepass is a internet based cloud solution meaning you can access it from anywhere in the world with an internet connection. This means you can check who's used the system and who's currently onsite.
When the CBSecurepass system is installed into your school it will be connect to your office printer, this means at a click of a button the emergency list which holds the information of your visitors, staff, late arrivals and collections will be shown and can be printed at a click of a button. However because the system is cloud based also it means you can access the emergency list form any smart device with an internet connection.
Yes our system can also be switched to "local files" in the case of an internet shortage, this means the system will continue to work as normal collecting data and updating your emergency list.
To avoid the administrator having to get up and go around to the front of the kiosk screen, they can manually sign in and out all visitors, staff and students from there very own computer.
Yes to comply with the new GDPR regulations you can individually search for a visitors name to delete if they request it. You can also program the system to delete all visitor information after a certain point in time that you chose.
Go to Reports located on the side menu. Then select basic report > Add. Select Tabular for Report Type and then select Staff for Report Module. Then go Next. Choose the appropriate columns you want displayed and under Filter Report Options, select Host Name and choose your staff. The same can be created for Student Late Arrival Report and Student child collection Report on the Student report.
First, go to Manage MIS connection under Management Functions located on the Administration Dashboard. Untick the Active box. Go to staff management and now you will be able to add or remove staff
First make sure the RFID reader and plugged in and scanner app is running. Go to staff management and select a staff. Select Picture and click capture RFID then scan your card or fob onto the scanner. Once the staff has been added successfully press save.
When a visitor has already signed in they would show up on currently logged in on the dashboard. Find the staff logged in and change the valid to time.
Go to General settings on Administration. Tick Allow add new host to visitor from kiosk? This will allow the visitor to type in anything for host e.g. Maths Teacher.
